Celia’s Bubble Club has taken off,

I really am excited,

When I read all your comments,

I really am delighted.

It’s helped us through this dreadful year,

Allowed us to keep in touch,

I’m glad to send my poems to you,

It’s helped us all so much.

We all want to be free now,

But until they can guarantee,

I’d rather wait ‘til it’s final,

No going back for me.

In years to come this pandemic,

Won’t really seem so bad,

But when you have lived through it,

This locking down could drive you mad.

We’re strong and we’ll get through it,

But in a year or two,

This thing that kept us locked inside,

Will just be like the flu.
