CELIA'S POEMS
No 347
February 25
Well, it
has now been published,
And we have
got the book,
I’d better
do some homework,
Turn a page
and have a look.
We’re now
well over 300,
I must see
what I have written,
Well I’m
sure if I doubled up,
I’m going
to be forgiven.
I know my
bubble’s growing,
We’ve
picked up quite a few,
Well they
must have liked the look of us,
And they
hadn’t much to do.
I keep
thinking we’re near the end,
If I’m
unlucky I see the news,
Some idiot
saying “don’t have the jab”,
Well go on
mate, refuse.
I know
we’ll all remember,
The last
year for sure,
But we also
will remember,
The day
they find a cure.
