Your response to my poem yesterday,

Touched me very much,

I’m so glad that my bubble,

Has helped us stay in touch.

Writing poems for you each day,

Has really kept me going,

I’ve brought my friends together,

If you’ve noticed, it’s still growing,

In fact during this pandemic,

New friends you may have met,

You’ve met them through our bubble,

This time we won’t forget.

We’ve followed the rules set out,

Somehow the times gone fast,

But we’re all hoping the same thing,

This lockdown is our last.

So hoping we will meet again,

Try to forget the past,

But don’t forget our bubbles,

I’m wanting that to last.
