CELIA'S POEMS
Polly's Piles
Polly
you’re a legend,
Of that I’m
pretty sure,
I don’t
quite know what you’ve got,
But I’m
sure there is no cure,
When we got
to the CBA’s,
We all sat
in the bar,
Meeting all
our many friends ,
Who come
from near & far,
You always
say things “as it is”
And don’t
tell any lies,
So you told
everyone,
That you
had got piles,
As I sat
there cringing,
And hardly
dared to look,
You thought
you might have missed someone,
And put it
on facebook,
I know
you’ve got some magic cream,
It helps
your wrinkles too,
So here’s
to sitting comfortably,
And looking
42.
