After spending the weekend at World Dance Masters, Winter Gardens, Blackpool where there were so many good dances  taught, it was a problem deciding which one to teach. We finally settled on “MIND OVER MATTER” which we thought was the one for our class. It’s a 2 wall, 64 count dance with an easy 8 count tag and a couple of restarts choreographed by Niels & Simon to “Coming Back” by Dean Ray and got an excellent response from our class. Danced it 3 times with almost everyone on the floor each time. Re-capped last week’s dance “BLACK MAGIC” (Peter & Alison), very popular with the class and was requested to be played again. Also recapped “DON’T LET THE SUN GO DOWN” (Niels & Simon) & “DO WHAT YOU DO” (Rachael) both big hits with our dancers. Was requested to do a couple of walls of lots of other dances so by the time it came to finish we had missed out on quite a few of the popular ones. Better put that right next week.

We have a Social at Shelf Village Hall this Saturday 22nd August, non-stop dancing to your requests from 8.00 pm – 11.00 pm, admission includes Buffet Supper, licensed bar, everybody welcome.
