Another great night at Victoria Hall this week and a great choice of dance. The new dance was another from the “Wizard of Oz” Simon Ward, this time choreographed in collaboration with Niels Poulsen and one we had seen at Eurodance “WALK OF SHAME”. It’s a one wall, phrased Intermediate dance choreographed to “I’m Going Home” by Hedegaarde, do not be put off by the step sheet, nothing hard at all about the steps and the phrasing sequence is very easy to pick up. Fabulous dance that had everybody on the floor all 3 times we danced it and is sure to be a big hit at our class. Recapped last week’s dance Simon’s “HARDEN UP PRINCESS” class loving this as well, danced it twice with a full floor. Also recapped “CARRY YOU HOME” (Fred Whitehouse) and quick walls of several others.

We have our monthly Social at Shelf Village Hall, Halifax Road, Shelf, Nr Halifax HX3 7NT on Saturday 16th July. Non stop dancing to your requests from 8.00 pm – 11.00 pm, admission includes home made buffet supper. Licensed bar, car park, everybody welcome. Tickets are now on sale for “Celia’s 80th” on Wednesday 14th December with the multi award winning Natalie Thurlow. Everybody welcome.
