June 8th

Carla back again this week to help us out with me still hobbling about with my swollen ankle. The new dance she chose to teach was Neville & Julie’s “SHOULDN’T BE THIS HARD”, a 48 count. 4 wall, Easy Intermediate dance with one restart on the first wall choreographed to “Love Shouldn’t Be This Hard” by Olly Murs. An excellent choice that got a great response from the class with everyone on the floor all three times we danced it. She also recapped the dance Christine taught last week “Corazon Diamante” (Roy Verdonk, Maggie Gallagher & Gary O’Reilly) and the one from a fortnight ago “FROM THE GROUND UP” (Rachael & Rob) plus a quick wall of “TOP GEAR” (Claire Bell), all going down well. A big thank you to Carla for helping us keep the class going. It’s much appreciated.

Our next Social at Shelf Village Hall will be Saturday 25th June, all details on our website. Tickets are also available for “Celia’s 80th” on Wednesday 14th December with the multi award winning Natalie Thurlow. Everybody welcome.
