May 17th

Great to be back at class after a wonderful break in Marco Island, a few missing but still had an excellent night. New dance for this week was one we had learnt at Nancy’s class in Naples, Florida while away on holiday, Simon Ward’s “LADY IN RED”. A 48 count, 2 wall Advanced Nightclub that was an instant hit with the class. Don’t be put off with the “advanced” label, we had everyone on the floor all 3 times we danced it, they loved it. Re-capped a few we had done before the break which included “REFUND TO MY HEART” (Ria Vos), TONGUE TIED UP (Teresa & Vera) both going down very well plus quite a few others.

We have a Social at Shelf Village Hall, Halifax Road, Shelf, Nr Halifax HX37NT this Saturday May 20th. Non stop dancing to your requests from 8.00 pm – 11 pm. Admission includes home made buffet supper, no bar BYO. Everybody welcome.
