Quite a significant change of class this week. After clearing our block paved drive of weeds I found I could not stand up straight and my back was very painful. After phoning several physios/chiropractors in the area without any success decided not to teach a new dance but just to walk carefully through the last few we had taught. Also added a few oldies to make up time for not teaching a new dance. Booked into physio for 9.00 am this morning so all being well may be able to teach at least one new dance next week. All the class were very sympathetic and lived up to our name “Best of Friends”.

Dances walked through included “GIRL CRUSH” (Rachael McEnaney & Alison Johnstone), “DARLING HOLD MY HAND” (Neville & Julie) and “VOICES THAT CARE” (Simon Ward), all big hits with the class and all also our current personal favourites.
